Charlotte was born and raised in County Cork in Ireland but moved to Manchester on a full time basis in late 2006. She has been a United supporter for as long as she can remember and joined Shareholders United in early 2004 following the problems between the Manager and Cubic Expression. She had always been interested in the plight of football supporters in terms of achieving fan ownership of the club and believes that this is the best way forward for United and their supporters.
Now 4 years on, she has become much more involved and is a very active member of MUST and is often in the MUST office to help out with different matters. She started and runs the IMUST Bebo page with the help of other MUST members. This site tries to reach out to younger United supporters who previously may not have been aware of MUST's existence, plight and aims. She is also a moderator on United Online and often brings MUST/supporter issues to the attention of forumites there. She has helped out with many membership pack/newsletter mail outs which have saved a lot of money for MUST meaning the Phoenix Fund continues to grow and was one of the organisers of the hugely successful MUST Champions League Final Screenings in 5 different venues in Manchester which benefited the Trust financially and in terms of Public Relations. She is a graduate of Law, Journalism and is hoping to do a Masters in Criminology and Psychology in the coming year. She is very passionate about United and MUST's ambitions and feels with her background, dedication to the cause and hands on approach she could be a great benefit to MUST as a Committee member and could offer fresh impetus on issues the Committee faces.
