Richard is a proud Irish Red from birth (well, over there it's either United or Liverpool and he's no dipper!). He joined SU in May 2004 to try and prevent the Glazer takeover and has been held hostage ever since. He's often found on the MUST forum (as "Giggsys Right Foot") enjoying a bit of playful banter with a few of the other regulars and the not so regular. He finally made it over to Old Trafford in December '98 to see United draw 1-1 with Chelsea and tries to get over to his favourite city at least once a year.
While not on the forum he is kept busy by his family (wife Jo and two sons, Adam and Matthew, all MUST members), keeping fit and drinking red wine and cheap beer.
Richard wanted to join the committee so he could take a more active role in MUST and as they say...be careful what you wish for... but one day he hopes to be able to say that he was part of the group that helped bring United back to those who love it most…The Fans.
