Tony Lloyd MP

Stretford educated, Tony Lloyd is the Labour M.P for Manchester Central. He is the leader of the British delegation to the Council of Europe and the Western European Union as well as the Chair of the Trade Union Group of Labour M.Ps. He is also Chair of the non-profit making organisation "Lets Get Serious", a project which organises training for mentors, who in turn help young people from inner city areas of Manchester, who are at risk from crime. Tony is Chair of the United Football Group.

His reason for becoming a Patron is that, "In a world of the continued growth of corporate owners of football clubs, the ordinary supporter needs a stronger voice and a collective voice. Shareholders United is a very potent way of making our voices heard."
