Username and password questions

To access details concerning your MUST membership account, you will need your unique membership number and the password that was sent to you with your original membership pack and is also on all postal correspondence. Note that this password is for your member account only. The website forum is completely separate.

If you cannot find your password you can reset it online using our secure facility.

Note that due to differences between the back-end software that runs our membership database, this forum and our shop, separate registrations are required to use each.

In other words, you need to register for the forum separately and you need to register for the shop separately. We'd like to streamline this at some point but it's a bit complicated and we haven't quite gotten to it yet. We regret any inconvenience.
