Most of you will have received the e-mail but I know some haven't. It said:
MEMBERSHIP PACKS
We have decided to send out as many membership packs as possible in a single bulk mailing. This provides a major cost saving for the Trust's funds. Subject to timing we are hoping to combine this mailing with the autumn newsletter so we expect membership packs will now sent out at the end of October.
Apologies for getting them out so late, once again it's caused by things beyond our control
