if you have forgotten your membership number and open a help desk ticket, please tell us your address, or address that you might have had when you last renewed
I can't give out membership numbers without those details, for security reasons

if you have forgotten your password and we don't have an up to date e-mail address for you, it will need to be changed before you can verify your new password.
