Official MUST approved traders for the Green & Gold Campaign.
MUST are selling Green & Gold scarves and beanie hats in the Trust online shop. Some people have asked why the scarves are not available from the online shop at cost price like they are when MUST sells them around the ground. The reason we started selling the scarves at cost price was to get the 'ideavirus' to critical mass so that it spreads. We've probably already achieved that but we're continuing to supply them at cost locally with MUST taking the risk and members providing the manpower free of charge.
The demand is so great that we've also been asked to supply them mail order. However, this is considerably more time consuming and certainly not a "core activity" at this time. Therefore if we are going to do this we want to make sure there is some benefit for campaign funds in the process. Due to the additional cost involved in the mail order service we are unable to provide these at cost price on-line but even at this price our scarves are still cheaper than many other online and street sellers. The office is run by volunteers & the processing of orders is extremely time consuming. There is a large amount of effort involved & despite the large number of members MUST have, the active volunteers are a small nucleus. The office volunteers are doing their best & working through the orders has to take its place amongst the huge volume of admin & a constant stream of telephone enquiries. Please be patient and we assure you that your merchandise will be with you as soon as we can possibly process the orders.
Our suppliers have kindly set up a MUST branded 'shop' on Ebay in order to help us sell the Green & Gold Scarves & Beanie Hats. Since we put these items on our own shop we have had almost 3000 orders so getting a helping hand from the Ebay outlet will help office volunteers handle the huge demand.

T-shirts United have offered us a generous commission on their 'Love United Hate Glazer' Geen and Gold ribbon t-shirt.
In support of United supporters' "green and gold" campaign to rid our club of the Glazer family. Part bar-scarf in the Newton Heath colours of green and gold, and part campaign/awareness ribbon in the style of that used by the likes of cancer and AIDS charities. The design features LUHG (or "Love United, Hate Glazer) on the ribbon.
TOFFS have offered us a generous commission from the sale of their Newton Heath replica shirts. In the late nineteenth century Manchester United were a very unremarkable club indeed. They were formed by railway workers, they were originally known as Newton Heath LYR (the suffix stood for Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway) and purchased a uniform strip of jerseys in green and gold, the colours of the parent company. The club's reputation grew and in 1889, the Heathens had joined the Football Alliance, formed as rivals to the Football League. The rest, as they say, is history.

There's even a discounted combo pack for those who really want to show the Glazers the way out! Profits from the sale of items from this site are split between MUST, Salford Lads Club & the DEC Haiti Earthquake Appeal.
The seller of these "United Against Debt" is the only MUST approved seller of green and gold wristbands so you know when you buy these wristbands you are contributing to the MUST Green & Gold Campaign.... and when the weather gets too warm to wear your scarf down the pub these wristbands will make a fashion statement AND show your opposition to the Glazers.
